Rohingya Muslims are going through a humanitarian catastrophe. They are being persecuted in Myanmar, scores are being killed in a genocide overseen by the authorities.

-
Human Right Watch reports that villages on a 100-kilometer stretch were set on fire. Killings and rapes are still ongoing.
-
According to the UN estimates, 370,000 Rohingya Muslims have fled to Bangladesh as refugees and are living in sub-human conditions along the border as refugees with limited water, food and medicine. Children, women and elderly are the most vulnerable to disease and malnutrition.
-
The UN is being blocked by Myanmar to provide water, food and medicine to another 400,000 Rohingya sheltering in forests and mountains trying to get to Bangladesh as refugees.

One Ummah Foundation is already on the ground supporting and providing relief to the refugees in the Cox Bazaar area of Bangladesh. We are also preparing teams to the following 3 Rohingya camps in the interior areas receiving very little aid and relief.

1. Madhusora (2500 Rohingya families), 2. Telipara (1200 families), 3. Kanaikhali (2500 families)

Immediate needs:
-
Mosquito nets - we negotiated factory price $1.55/piece for quantity of 2000+
-
Food packets - packs of rice, dal, onion etc. worth about $15-$20 per family.
-
Medical help - No medical help is available now! Children and expecting mothers are the most vulnerable. Need doctors, nurses, paramedics and medicine.
One Ummah Foundation's goal is to raise $50,000 for this relief effort.......We need your Help!
Please donate generously…..let’s help others in humanity in their hour of dire need!
